SOLUTIONS / OUTSOURCED FULFILLMENT

Your partner runs the warehouse.
You run the business.

ORCA connects the information that keeps both moving.

Bring orders, inventory data, fulfillment handoffs, and shipment updates into a connected workflow—even when a third-party logistics provider handles the physical work.

You do not need to own or operate a warehouse to use ORCA.

The physical operation

Store · pick · pack · ship

Data direction, records, and update timing depend on the connections configured for your operation.

VISIBILITY WITHOUT RUNNING THE FLOOR

Outsource the physical work.
Keep the business connected.

When the warehouse belongs to a partner, your team still needs to know what was ordered, what inventory is reported, and what has shipped. ORCA can serve as the connection between those records and the systems you use to run the business.

“THE INFORMATION IS SCATTERED.”

Connect the records.

Bring supported order, inventory, and fulfillment data into the business workflow so your team can work from connected information.

“WE KEEP MOVING DATA BY HAND.”

Define the exchange.

Connect the systems that send and receive the information. Scope mappings and business rules around the handoff.

“SOMETHING DIDN’T COME THROUGH.”

Investigate the gap.

Use available integration records and exceptions to review missing, unmatched, or incomplete information.

FOLLOW THE INFORMATION

The handoffs are the workflow.

These records are fictional. A shipment update is not proof of delivery. Partner-reported inventory reflects the source’s definitions and update timing.

THE RIGHT SOURCE FOR EACH RECORD

Agree on what each system owns.

A reliable connection needs more than moving data. Define which system owns each record, how references match, and what happens when an update is missing or does not agree.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Built for the business behind the shipment.

Can we use ORCA without operating a warehouse?

Yes. ORCA can connect business systems and coordinate operational data while a third-party partner stores, picks, packs, and ships your products.

Does our 3PL have to use ORCA?

Not necessarily. The connection can work with the systems and interfaces your partner makes available. We’ll assess the supported exchange before defining the implementation.

Can you connect to any fulfillment partner?

We assess each connection. Feasibility depends on available interfaces, permissions, record quality, and the data your partner provides. Some connections require custom development.

Is partner inventory always live?

Update timing and quantity definitions depend on the source and integration. We’ll define the reporting basis and exchange timing for your setup rather than assuming every partner supplies real-time availability.

Can this support our accounting and commerce systems?

Supported connections can bring fulfillment data into the wider business workflow. We scope the records and responsibilities for each system, including any custom mappings or handoffs.
